Bend was the official Web3 wallet and stablecoin payment partner of FWBFest 2024, well before Coinbase or Base brought payments to festivals. From food trucks to the afterhours bar, every payment touchpoint was taken fully onchain, giving crypto-native attendees a glimpse of what an entirely onchain payment experience could feel like.

We stood up DoorDash, onchain. Over the weekend we delivered 65 “Beam Macs” to attendees paying in stablecoins, until organizers objected to outside food coming in. So we pivoted: the next day, Beam Tacos from a food-truck vendor inside the venue, moving 158 tacos over the course of the day.
